Wahyu Indrayana

Indra started his career in the property business -residential sales and leasing, in 1995. His professional experience includes his role as Marketing Manager for the Ascott in Jakarta.

Known very well in the industry, Indra has worked on many projects both local and overseas. Now, establishing a new team, Indra focuses on overseeing the company’s operational activities and securing appointment with clients.

Monica Busono

Being the only lady in the partnership, Monica helps to manage the company’s administration and operational activities. She worked for Ciputra and helped market projects such as: Ciputra World Jakarta 1, Ciputra World Jakarta 2 and Ciputra International.

During her time with Ciputra, she helped with sales and follow-up on administrative works such as: signing, handover, etc. Her networks and experience in dealing with real estate developers provide valuable insight into aspects concerning real estate developer.
